Cell phone lookup: How to find out what’s in your phone book
It’s been a little over a year since the iPhone was released, and now the company is in a position to make the most of the new technology it’s got in its hands.
In an effort to ensure customers can find what they want, Apple has rolled out a new feature called “Find and Compare,” a new way to find and compare cell phone plans across various carriers.
The new feature can be accessed through the Apple App Store.
Apple’s Find and Compare lets users find and rate their mobile phone plans, as well as compare it to other carriers.
The new feature, which will appear as an option in the iPhone app on July 13, lets users see a list of the cell phone providers that they can compare their current plan with.
If a user has a plan from a different carrier, they can click the corresponding checkmark and the new cell phone plan will appear in their phone book.
Apple has also introduced a new “Compare with Other Plans” option in its iPhone app that lets users compare plans with other carriers as well.
The Find and compare feature is available on all iPhone models that launched since January, though it has not been available on Apple’s larger iPhone lineup.
Apple also said in its September earnings call that its new mobile phone network rollout was “one of the fastest in the industry.”
The Find-and-Compare feature has been rolled out to all iPhone users in the United States and Canada, and will be available on iPhone 5, 5c, 5s, and 6 starting July 15.
